The Royal Wedding: Event of The New Century

~Romantic Event of the Century~

With throngs of Englishmen in the square chanting, “Kiss her! Kiss her!” Catherine and William sealed their marriage with a traditional Royal Palace  “Balcony Buss”. To the delight of the tens of thousands of Britons gathered below, and as cheers resounded above the sea of waving Union Jacks, the newly designated Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made their wedding kiss – a double. But the joyous throngs of 1 million Londoners lining the streets weren’t their only witnesses. Hundreds of millions of worldwide viewers joined in the wedding glee watching on their televisions and computers in every corner of the globe, bursting with heartfelt good wishes from  so far and away, in support for the Royal Couple’s happiness.

It was just as if as if they had all “stood-up” right there for them. This day, wedding destiny all but assured Willi9am and Catherine of their eventual title: “King and Queen Consort of England”. For certain, the Royal Wedding brought joy to the day on every continent, unfolding new-found moments of love and respect for the young Royal Couple – “Kate and Wills” – as they’re known to their friends. Theirs is a fresh chapter for the English Monarchy with a new-found national affection: that of true love and friendship with all of England’s people.

Their Wedding at Westminster: Witnessed by God, Souls of the  Saints and People of the World

Hats being all the newly revived fashion accessory (up-trending 80% in the U.S.)  such a day they made for this Wedding Fashion Moment. As if in a smile from the heavens, the Spring Sun was actually out in London – ” in April mind yuh”, – making nature’s light the perfect runway illumination for a royal nuptial event. Held in the Gothic Halls of a circa 1050 Benedictine Abbey, Westminster Cathedral lent its unique resonance of sound and spirit hallowed by the patina of coronations for nearly all English Monarchs since William I. The Abbey Bells continued to peel in echo while the guests promenaded through the Cathedral, filing into their reserved places. There, two choirs and Bishop ministers made final preperations to lead a Con-celebratory Presbyterian and Anglican  Congregation, readying their liturgy and music for the wedding of the century…… just about to begin. The Queen Mum, dressed in Spring Yellow, gracefully reigned with Prince Phillip aside, as they awaited an event that would bring certain joy and tears to their hearts – witnessing the presence of a genuine love presiding over once customary arrangement, as the world’s people witnessed the renaissance of loving hearts in authentic adoration.

As any nervous and excited groom, Prince William Arthur Phillip Louis Montback Windsor of Wales, wearing the tunic of an Irish Guard’s Colonel, waited with his Best Man and brother, Harry – both were suited in full chivalrous military regalia as they came sharply about the alter from the sacristy behind. The crowd hushed in anticipation for his soon to be royal bride, Catherine Middleton, led on the loving arm of her father Michael – her mother Carole graciously, watchfully waiting.  Father and daughter would enter the church, beginning the processional from the abbey’s stunning foyer through it’s tree grove, passing the choirs, a full congregation and on to the altar as all looked-on, filled with admiration and respect, as well as national and personal affection.

How much more lovely could the bride have been, bejeweled in the Royal Family 1936 Diamond Tiara over a traditional veil, wearing her Sarah Burton ivory and white designed lace-bodiced bridal dress with full-length seven foot flowing train, assisted by her sister Pippa. In her hands, a modestly balanced but beautiful bouquet. Catherine would hold herself together with the elegance, grace and composure of a queen throughout the ceremony and subsequent festivities,l to no-one’s doubt. Though she came from Bucklebury in what Englanders refer to as a “commoner” origin, it was clear by her regal natural regal composure, her spirit had been destined for the royal life which lay ahead. The bride’s procession was accompanied by the same music used in the coronations of two kings and Queen Elizabeth.

Then the ceremony began, both choirs and the entire congregation joined in song; “Guide me, Oh Thy Great Redeemer” the last hymn from William’s Mother’s Funeral, a reminder of Princess Diana that brought a sense of presence, calling forth the love of her son and people. As a full orchestra embellished the congregation and choruses, where for certain the sound was the greatest of glory – the united voice of a nation and it’s people arose. Englanders by the hundreds of thousands, all across the land were witnesses joining in that moment of song,  watching on television as beholders of the occasion – in concert with the peoples of the world. This – was a moment of peace and love for all men of goodwill – in a global era so needy of it.

The wedding sermon, given by the bishop of london focused on marriage, portrayed as generous in love; the kind that emulates the love of God as shown through Jesus.

A Genuine Love Story:

Jubilant and Joyous

In his sermon the bishop spoke: “A spiritual life grows as love finds its center beyond ourselves,” Faithful and committed relationships offer a door into the mystery of spiritual life in which we discover this: the more we give of self, the richer we become in soul; the more we go beyond ourselves in love, the more we become our true selves and our spiritual beauty is more fully revealed. In marriage we are seeking to bring one another into fuller life.”

Quoting Chaucer, the bishop recited: “Each must give the other space and freedom, for when mastery cometh, the god of love anon beateth his wings and farewell… he is gone.”

Then, reciting a prayer composed by the wedding couple for the occasion he spoke from the pulpit: “In the busyness of each day, keep our eyes fixed on what is real and important in life and help us to be generous with our time and love and energy, let us be trengthened by our union, help us to serve and comfort those who suffer,” prayed the bishop.

Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams presided over the vows exchanged by the couple, to which the groom and bride each responded with, “I will,” as opposed to the usual form: “I do.” Just as Diana did at her wedding, Catherine omitted the word, “obey”.

Ubi Caritas et Amour: Their Favorite Hymn

Westminster’s choir unfolded into the Gregorian Chant Style Latin song, a favorite of the bride and groom. The Latin hymn ascended in voices like the chimes of angels, bringing a heavenly announcement to the wedding with the sacramental blessing of music. The echoes through the labyrinth of Westminster rang a message of faith and reverence that will long be remembered.

This was a study in Love, with each “amen” by the congregation resonating a blessing that only such a ceremony, in such a place and time could bring and only this once, each being a blessing upon the couple’s union. The Our Father, the template of prayer, followed. Then, in a united voice as a people and a nation they sang “God Save the Queen”, assuredly joined by Londoners and Englishmen across the British Isles. The the world knows it, only England signs their national anthem with centuries of authenticity.

Then, after signing their papers, their Royal Highness’s, the newly designed Duke and Duchess of Cambridge boarded the same 1902 carriage that Charles and Diana had used years ago.

Later, at a reception for 600 in Buckingham Palace they would dine on Yorkshire Pudding and Quail’s Eggs. For any of you that missed the event here’s the link by PBS – America’s only dignified television network, unriddled with wretched commercials of baked beans and bro0adcast divas like ABC. We have much to learn about dignity from our British friends.

Goodbye Cruel World – Hello Sweet Rapture!

Souls Lining Up After The Rapture?

part one

Tom Evans, media representative of Family Stations Inc. recently said:

“All the signs that Jesus warned of in the Bible that would precede his return have taken place, and are evident in our world. For example, the re-establishment of the nation of Israel; (He’s assuming the tract-switch treaty will work out – I guess) – the complete decay of the church; (except his of course) ; the dismal state of our world; and the moral breakdown of all society.”

According to FSI’s President and G.M., Radio Broadcast Pastor Harold Camping (85) the Rapture will occur without fail tomorrow May 21, 2011 at about 6 p.m.  “I know, eerie isn’t it” – mostly because Harold says that the Rapture (we’ll get into the “End of Days Events” in a minute for those of you who aren’t familiar with it) will follow – 5 month’s later – on the 21st of October. “POOF”! THE END OF THE WORLD (and this – my last chance to use all caps). Don’t overlook that this is a two part event adding to the righteous retribution – horrific suffering – of the wicked. (“Gulp! “is that you and me”)?

Note* The Mayans and David are not in synch on this one, with them predicting the end of the world, (or maybe just their calendar) for December 21st, 2012. But “take a lookie har”- they both agree on the day of the month (21st) and an approximate time (not zone)…about 6 p.m. “That thar is right uncanny”!

A couple of teensy problems here with David’s soothsaying prophesy – see, David tried to do this before in 1994 and well, “we’re still here aren’t we”. The other – David constructed his own personal method of evaluating scripture with some numerical chapter and verse equation that makes perfect sense – to him – cause he’s the only one privy to the formula). He crunched the numbers based upon his Civil Engineering background, (Hey! He’s worth some 27 Million dollars – enough to make even Satan raise an eyebrow over that valuable spiritual property).

Another problem – Seems that a lot of “other” churches don’t agree with David. American Atheists, ( the Non-Church Congregation) plans to hold parties in several states to celebrate what they are calling:

“another Rapture that wasn’t.” (Good thing, cause they’re all gonna’ be huggin’ dirt in the rotting position huh…yeah!)

But don’t trust me, take it from David on this little Video Clip from You-Tube which should shake the confidence of His lord bake into you:

* You’ll have to cut and paste that. WordPress is having cramps,……..again. I’m cutting them some grace cause it’s the end of the world – and because they’re free :).

The Seventh-day Adventist Church is certain Jesus is coming again…and sooner than later. But their understanding of clear Bible teachings on this topic is that the complete fulfillment of most lines of its prophecy, together with the present conditions of the world, indicate His coming is imminent but they don’t know the exact date.

Note* According to the Pew Center for the People and the Press, 41 percent of Americans believe Jesus Christ will return to Earth by 2050, so the schedule still has lots of latitude – ‘but he’s a comin”! We all know the Pew Research center is completely reliable on such matters,….mostly, because its a Republican Conservative Issue. They’ve found it in the Constitution.

Here’s how it’s going down – “from everything ‘we’ know” (uhhh – I think David is referring to himself using the royal pronoun form) the show get’s going with a huge earthquake (like 200 times Japan and subsequent Tsunami). We’re talking some serious tectonic plate bucklin’ and-a-shiftin’. Now… make sure you get this part right. The whole purpose of the Earthquake is to bring about eruption of all graves. That will bubble-up every coffin and bone (innards and clothing remains included) of anyone who died within the past 13,000 years. As Dave Barry would say: “You cannot make this stuff up”!

Now… all those who died as true believers (meaning they’ve made a contribution to Pastor’s Radio Show or, will be resurrected in spiritual being form. Then they will “meet Christ “in the air” (which as we all know is somewhere in the sky).

Needless to say, the skies are going to be extremely busy on all routes to heaven, leaving the potential for spiritual road rage totally certain so “eyes front”.  From what David has discerned from the bible, (this is his biggest talent other than raising money, having given-up Civil Engineering except for crunching prophecy numbers) there will be about 200 million spirits to be saved — BUTT —- the number of people that have lived on the earth (scientifically speaking) is from 110 – 135 b-b-b-bilion! Dave tells us that their non-believin’ “guts-bones and bodies” will be thrown out upon the ground like manure (his words). This will pale all horror movies of all times in one cataclysmic, one-time-only release with no copies (especially pirate).

Note* For those who have selected cremation as a final plan having their ashes scattered, it seems reasonably predictable that the embarrassment, horror, mess and odor of non-believer-ship will exclude them – do to logistics. (Don’t bother to change your plans, this is tomorrow, remember)?

That’s 100 Billion corpses piled on the ground. (I’m already having trouble because I thought the Christians believed the world was made in 7 days, 5,000 years ago when man’s best friend was a dinosaur or dogasaur.

(Don’t laugh at me – they got “early bible hys-terical exhibits bein’ erected raaght now in Tennessee and the like”)!  You can ask Mike Huckabee!

“I know – ‘whaddya’ mean we have to wait five months for the EOTW”? It seems simple. I replicated David’s Civil Engineer logic to justify my conclusions for you, my faithful and faithless readers (not judgin’ – just sayin, eh?) First – It took God 7 days to make the world, (that’s miraculous even in Civil Engineering calculus) so he rested on the 7th Day – a lot – (which is good, because I’m a HUGE fan of resting – amen). Of course resurrecting 200,000 souls and meeting them in the sky, then cutting the path off to heaven, combined with just having popped-up the tombs of all those that have lived (remember we calculated that at about 200-300 Billion) means you’d have to take a near “eternal rest’ to get ready for the destruction of the universe by fire. It takes a lot of spiritual fuel to pull that off… even for God and he never runs out like Exxon/Mobil or Bp.

Okay I hope you’re getting ALL of this. First the Rapture earthquake throws all the graves open and the worthy float to meet Christ in the sky, (I know, cool)! BUTT – the unworthy are tossed upon the ground in shame and begin rotting immediately (this is worse than the rotting they have been doing for the last 14,000 years – they may have been refreshed to Rot Stage 1 to enhance suffering – and it doesn’t take a Civil Engineering to figure that part out) still with me? Okay – then the world that is left is all “horror and chaos beyond description” so enough said about that. You CAN’T use words…it’s beyond description………..fine. Just think of the worst thing you can and then use the square root of Pi as the exponential factor.

Now each day until October 21st, people will die, (sorry, no daily numbers on that) but those that live until October will sure wish they had – cause it just gets worse. God is definitely expressing  a resentment and is “NOT HAPPY,” but since he is God, it’s just and righteous………….okay? (See Old Testament – and we do mean OLD).  If you wanted peace, love and joy you should’ve gotten with it earlier – before the eternal contract “late payment” date.

Okay, I know this is taking a long time but it’s the end of the world (by the way – using my watch we’ve got about 1.5 hours left so maybe not as much proof-reading as usual…..m’kay?

Even after we’re consumed in fire (it’s always fire – always fire – why can’t it be implosion into the Black Hole – kind of like a reverse “BIG BANG”) .

Doesn’t matter if that’s a good idea, God is NOT negotiable on this stuff. There IS Good News (Okay, the All Caps thing is habit forming – I’ll try to watch the obsession potential).  Harold and Family Stations will still be offering their protective Sage for burning, EOTW souvenir T-Shirts, ball caps, berrets and cups with themes like “Shit! I Got Left to Rot”,  “Can I Apply For A Rapture Extension”?

But if you are a Bible Scholar and this money exploiting psych-vomit radio prostitution scares you, take comfort in the actual words of the bible:

“Watch  therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in wherein the Son of man comes. “ Matthew 25:13

There is a light cloud cover here in the PNW at 2:30, the ground is steady, people are mowing their lawns and playing in nature’s joy. You see, we are all children of our Mother – The Earth – and that is enough, having been so for over 500 Million years, or more. Who knows?  I live in the comfortable qwest to find contentment: the simple joy in a life of recovery – It’s a one time shot – One Day at a Time. I’m going for Chinese food | I’m eating light cause I’m gonna load up on “Man-ah” from Heaven :).

Okay one more presentation from You-Tube (thanks again) on the Biblical refute to Pastor Camping and the scare tactics of the ridiculous “Left Behind” Rapture-eestas, they’re probably all Conservative Republicans.

*you’ll have to cut and paste this U-Tube Link – WordPress has cramps, again.

And of course a “PLUG” for the book:

A Prayer to The Universe

Peaceful, spiritual, meditation Music

Should we simply be content to have only what we do, as that is the supposed way of true humility, or can we temper that with the practice of actualizing our reasonable hopes and aspirations? In this essay taken from our friends at The Daily the words strike an accord to that objective.

Cocreating with the Universe

So many of us are taught to accept what we are given and not even to dream of anything more.

Most people don’t always fully realize that we all have within us the ability to cocreate our lives with the universe. So many of us are taught to accept what we are given and not even to dream of anything more. But our hopes and dreams are the universe whispering to us, planting an idea of what’s possible while directing us toward the best use of our gifts. The universe truly wants to give us our hearts’ desires, but we need to be clear about what they are and ask for them.

To ask for something does not mean to beg or plead from a place of lack or unworthiness. It’s like placing an order—we don’t need to beg the salesperson for what we want or prove to them that we deserve to have it. It is their job to give us what we ask for; we only have to tell them what we want. Once we have a clear vision of what we desire, we simply step into the silent realm where all possibilities exist and let our desires be known. Whatever methods we use to become still, it is important that we find the quiet space between our thoughts.

From that still and quiet place, we can announce our intentions to the pure energy of creation. By imagining all the details from every angle, including scent, color, and how it would feel to have it, we design our dreams to our specifications. Similar to dropping a pebble into a pond, the ripples created by our thoughts travel quickly from this place of stillness, echoing out into the world to align and orchestrate all the necessary details to bring our desires into manifestation. Before leaving this wonderful space to come back to the world, release any attachment to the outcome and express gratitude. By doing this daily, we focus our thoughts and our energy while regularly mingling with the essence that makes it possible to build the life of our dreams.

Now,….here’s a gratis installment on this month’s essays on the 5th Step & Tradition;

May 1
We Agree We Must Confess

All of A.A.’s twelve steps ask us to act contrary to our natural inclinations,
in order to deflate our puffed-up egos. Few steps are harder to
take, yet act more quickly to reduce our swollen pride than Step Five.
Though all the steps are inclusive to our pathway to recovery, scarcely
any beyond Step Five is more critical to the quest of our longtime

A.A. has taught us to become teachable. We’ve learned that our
life’s aloneness cannot not pass until we have honestly confirmed and
confessed the exact nature of our defective character traits. They are
the source of our repressed and pressing problems, prohibitively aggravating
our attempts at progress.

In Step Four we swept the terrain of our lives back and forth with
its illuminating searchlight, showing in stark relief the events we had
so long hidden in the darkness of our subconscious. Now it is time
to show them to God, ourselves, and another human being. We all
concur that we must confess.
